Great apartment, very good size and well equipped with a nice outside area and spacious bathroom. Pool area is very nice and exceptionally clean. Very close to train station to take you into Rome and also bus stop which was super easy. Staff very helpful, would definitely book to stay again.

We loved the size of our appartment, as our children are 13 and 15 years old. Also the coffee on the huge balcony facing to the pool was a nice start of the day. The staff was really helpful and the breakfast very consistent. Children don't pay for breakfast until 16 years old, also very good offer for families.

Peaceful location adjacent to Balduina station and excellent Italian restaurant cappieri and cafe punto. Spacious suite.

The location was about 25mins bus journey to the city. However the size of the one bed apartment was worth it. The staff provided us with guidance to get around the city. There is a super Italian restaurant right by the entrance to the apartments, the food & staff was amazing.
