Matteo was very helpful and accommodating to requests which we had he made happen. Rooms cleaned daily and restocked whatever we had used. Great central location close to bus and tram links to see the city. Air con was a life saver on our visit in July. The price is very reasonable.

Great cosy guest house. Were meet by hosts in arrival and given great recommendations for the city. Close to the main station and subway access. Great breakfast selections. Air condition a bonus

My stay was amazing. Very clean, close to everything, and very safe neighborhood. Owner was so sweet, we had cold water every day in our fridge, and clean new sheets. I would recommend everyone to stay there!

Spent 3 nights here with my girlfriend and it was fantastic! Kept clean every day, with fresh towels each day. A mini fridge containing Milk, orange juice, waters and other things you can help yourself too. Topped up daily. A big basket full of goodies to help yourself to, croissants, pancakes, biscuits, muffins you name it. The hosts were brilliant throughout and couldn’t do enough for us. Only a 15 minute walk to the colosseum and 10 minute walk from the train station. Plenty of bus stops and metros nearby to choose from. The city centre really isn’t far away, we walked there everyday and took no time at all. Lots of little mini markets, places to eat and plenty of bars to choose from near by. Highly recommend this awesome little place to stay.
