The location was very good. Walking distance to the metro. The Room was clean and the communication via WhatsApp with the owner was very easy.

The position is great. It's very near the tiburtina station. The bed is super comfortable! It's very clean. The staff was friendly, kind and they gave good service. I had forgotten to leave the tax money before leaving and since i was still travelling, it took me many many days before i got to bank it in to them. They were very patient and very understanding. I will definitely come to stay again. I love this place. Had one of the best sleep during my travelling. I would just go there to have a good sleep again 😍

It is not a guest house, the rooms are in an apartment on the 6th floor of a private building, no sign outside the building and of course no human being to welcome you. My room was big, clean, with large comfortable double bed, clean bathroom and balcony. I was lucky to have quiet neighbours. The 3-minute short walk to Tiburtina station is truly depressing but if you walk towards piazza Bologna and small adjacent streets the area is quite pleasant, a friendly Roman family area, no tourists, with good local restaurants.
