All correspondence was very fast .. it was lovely and clean ... great location..15 mins walk to trevi fountain and 35 mins to colosseum... supermarket a few doors down and breakfast directly underneath. The only thing I missed was the kettle for a brew ! On our checkout day he let us leave the case in the room ..he then moved it to reception and secured it for us and provided us a room to change into travel clothes ready for our journey. I have already made contact enquiring about a return stay . Fantastic value for money !
