Federica was very informative prior to our arrival and accommodated our requests for a late arrival. She was very prompt with responses. The location is very convenient if arriving at Termini station, less than a minute walk. The room is a good size with a decent Aircon.

The property is very centrally located. There’s a lift. There’s a reception area and a nice welcome. The room was lovely. Bed was comfortable. Plentiful breakfast supplies. Everything was good
