The room was clean and perfect for two people. What I liked most was the excellent location—close to Piazza della Repubblica and Roma Termini, and only about a 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain.

I stayed at Aelius for 3 nights. The place is conveniently located close to the train station and many tourist attractions. I can't thank the receptionist Daniela enough for helping me arrange a late check-in and answering all my questions Whoever had a bad hotel experience in Rome never met her!

Location is decent. 5-7 minutes walk from Roma Termini and walking distance to other attractions. Staff was very helpful and the service was great. The room was very clean. Easy check-in. It was a comfortable stay.

Lucky to get nice room for a very competitive price during late-arranged overnight stay on way home from Umbria. Check-in/check-out staff could not have been more helpful. Can't comment much more as it was only a place to sleep and shower while in transit, apart from some shopping and sight seeing next morning. The leather goods shop opposite was, btw, very good value compared with the exact same items in shops in the principal shopping areas.
