I was absolutely surprised by this place. The location is 10/10 - you have 2 metro stops near the place, Termini is 5 minutes away from it. I felt like I was in the heart of Rome. There are markets nearby. Downstairs you can find the best place to eat your breakfast served by amazing people; they are making incredible cappuccino, croissants and also cocktails and dinner. A&C much more provide incredible cleaning services, hospitality and good service. If I come back to Rome one day I would like to stay there again!

The location was very practical few steps from Termini. Shaun (the employee who works there) was very polite, helpful always checking if we need anything. The room was clean and bigger then the photo.

Only a 6 minute walk to Termini Station! Restaurants and cafes nearby. Close to Metro. Nice area to be . Bed comfortable and good shower. Fresh towels each day. Security of outdoor door entry with code into the nice big building …and a key to another door to corridor to get to three different bedrooms. Host gave us two bottles of water on arrival.

Clean sheets and linen, the staff brought up another type of pillow as I needed a thinner one. Refreshes room and gets soap refilled. Our daughter had a diaper leak when sleeping and staff came and replaced sheet and cleaned mattress at no extra costs.
