Very clean and very quiet and warm room. The staff were very friendly and the tea and coffee facilities on each landing were greatly appreciated.

the hotel close at 20.00 in de evening nobody the are restaurant close in the weekend open in the weekend on 8.00 to 11.00 in the morning open and ol close nobody there can not ask samting no staf was there not nice a lot of differend peaple stay there fill not safe ther with my daughter

Location and all staff were very good and accommodating and welcoming. Nice touch was a microwave and coffee station on each landing..

Either Switzerland is to blame, but Ascott Hotel has the kindest people. I have been checking in outside the check-in hours, but nevertheless, I was met with a smile! In the mornings, during breakfast, personnel ask you for the coffee/tee preferences; they are extremely attentive all in all when it comes to minor requests. Much recommended!
