I have read some of the negative comments in regards to the staff! As far as I am concerned, the staff, a young man, was super helpful! help me with my luggage, etc... working actually a couple of tram station away, it was actually perfect for me! thank you very much

Breakfast was not an option; restaurant closed on Sunday. Location was very good for my purposes
