Great apartment super located in a quiet place with a view of Rogoznice. I go to Croatia regularly but this is the best place I have ever been. The best thing is that the owners are of high standard and great culture. Swimming pool, sup boards, modern equipment, barbecue, proximity to the water. Advantages only

We spent nine wonderful days at Villa LUX Apartments as a family, and our experience was absolutely outstanding. Situated directly by the waterfront with a private beach and a pool overlooking the bay, the apartments offered a luxurious and relaxing oasis. Villa LUX Apartments enjoys an ideal location right by the water, providing us with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The private beach with comfortable sun loungers was perfect for relaxation under the sun, while the pool offered breathtaking views of the bay where we could unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The apartments are modern and well-equipped, with a kitchen that was conveniently set up with everything we needed for cooking. The terrace featured comfortable lounge furniture where we enjoyed relaxing and soaking in the fresh sea air. A grill was available by the pool area, allowing us to enjoy outdoor meals with a beautiful view. The decor was elegant and stylish, with comfortable furnishings. Large windows in the apartments provided us with fantastic views of the bay and added to the relaxed atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable, and the living area was cozy with a large sofa bed and an entertainment system offering a wide selection of channels and streaming services. Owner Niksa and his family, who reside on the property, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were always available to assist us with tips on local attractions and restaurants, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and efficient. The apartments were spotlessly clean upon arrival; everything from the bathroom to the kitchen and living room was immaculate. This contributed to a pleasant and comfortable start to our stay.
