Our family of 5 just spent an amazing week in this accomodation. Niksa and his family, who occupy the first floor apartment, are very friendly hosts who will go out of their way to make sure that you feel welcome and that you have an unforgettable stay in Croatia. The apartment is situated in Zlatoglav, opposite Rogoznica, in a very quiet neighbourhood away from the main coastal road (which is very busy) and mass tourism. The apartment has its own large parking space right next to the house. It is modern, very clean, well-equipped (including air-conditioning, a coffee machine etc.) and decorated with taste. Our apartment, which was located on the second floor (there is a third-floor apartment with the same floor area), comes with a large covered balcony with comfortable seating, where we spent a lot time enjoying the breathtaking views on the bay and Rogoznica. There is a very nice pool with a common area including a kitchen, a washing machine and a grill. The house has direct access to the sea through a private pier on which we had our own sun loungers. There is safe, easy access to the sea for children. The bay keeps the sea calm, making it perfect for swimming and paddleboarding (3 paddle boards available). Rogoznica has good restaurants and is well located for day trips to Sibenik, Trogir, Split and other lovely places in the region. Overall, this accommodation offers excellent value for money and we strongly recommend it. Thanks again to Niksa and his wife, who have a very kind heart and made our stay very special!

Great apartment super located in a quiet place with a view of Rogoznice. I go to Croatia regularly but this is the best place I have ever been. The best thing is that the owners are of high standard and great culture. Swimming pool, sup boards, modern equipment, barbecue, proximity to the water. Advantages only
