This is a newer, very clean hotel. The front desk staff was lovely and very helpful. I appreciated the laundry facilities on site that are included in the price of the hotel. There is a breakfast available for an extra charge that we did not have.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking right outside the entrance of the room was convenient. Breakfast was reasonably good for Newfoundland.
