Stopping for the night on a long trip. The room didn't have enough beds for the family as I booked wrong and the lovely man on the desk got an extra matterice and bedding for our room and made us as comfortable as possible. He went above and beyond to help us and I'm very grateful we will be back and the gentleman is an asset very polite and 10/10 for customer service. Thankyou very much

Location, kitchen facilities, WiFi and entertainment system. security, staff helpful and efficient. Manager changed our room to one that was bigger and on the ground floor.
