Great space for a large family. 3 of us on one side of the property and 5 on the other. A bathroom on each side.Living area is a nice size. Plenty of board games. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, beds were made and looked pretty with cushions and flowers. We didn't stay long enough to appreciate the garden but it was a lovely size and we had a garden view from the bedroom. Location, easy to get to the shops. Quiet estate, driveway enough for 3 cars.

The property was as described, we could access with a wheelchair user, although a wider area just in front of the door would be useful to get up the small step. Spacious rooms and well appointed. Quiet residential area. The host did not mind us re-arranging a few things to make moving about the house easier. We were able to have family visit and plenty of couches, enjoyed having Netflix. Heating could be set for our comfort. Hosts were helpful and considerate after a problem on our arrival day. Shops nearby and train station, near to Rochford centre and not far from Southend.

The property was really clean and comfortable. It was handy for us that there were two bathrooms as we were staying with family (two couples and one child). We mainly used it as a base to go out elsewhere, we had a family wedding at Apton Hall and it was the perfect location as it was a 5 minute drive. We comfortably fit two family cars on the driveway. The host met us and brought milk which was very thoughtful.
