The location is very convenient and easy to access. The neighbourhood is lively, and the streets are charming with beautiful historical houses. It's a family-friendly area, perfect for exploring downtown and all the attractions the city has to offer.

The place is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and I thought it was good place to stay in Rochester since hotels are either very expensive or bad. There is free parking and a gas station and a great coffee place, Hydra, next door.
