The apartment is exceptional. Every attention to quality and cleanliness was considered for the comfort of guests. Rochester is a wonderful location.

The property was really amazing! It was clean and tidy, spacious and had all of the facilities that you needed. The check-in and check-out were really efficient and the hosts were great at communicating. Just make sure if you’re paying for parking on the street, you don’t forget to keep paying each day! We would 100% go back and recommend this stay to everyone. We even got a little basket of goodies, milk, coffee etc to help us out in the beginning. Highly recommend!

Very convenient location near train and buses. Exceptionally clean, a lovely spacious apartment. The welcome basket with bread, milk, cereal, waters, biscuits etc was great to arrive to.

Called Mark on the number provided. He answered immediately and talked us through gaining access. We had 2 sets of keys provided for us and the added option of calling him again for remote access if we locked ourself out! The place was spotlessly clean and smelled divine! Decorated to a very high standard. The added bonus that we didn't expect was the breakfast basket! They had thought of eveything you could possibly need throughout your stay. Brilliant hosts and a perfect home from home. Mark had recommended somewhere for lunch and that was perfect too! Location is ideal, next to the Castle and Cathedral and just at the top of the High Street, close to restaurants, cafes and shops. 5 mins walk away from the station as well. Will stay again next time we are in Rochester. Thanks Jo & Mark for an great stay.
