Room was lovely, bed was comfy, shower was powerful and breakfast was well laid out. Very clean and good WiFi. Nice view out over fields of sheep. Friendly and communicative host.

Great location with a view over Rochdale and the surrounding hills. Beautiful decor inside these converted stables, really quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed, plenty of tea/coffee and a fantastic shower to wake you up in the morning. Breakfast was served in the main building, plenty of choice for a continental style breakfast with great views of the hills. Seeing and hearing the horses in the stables and watching rabbits made the visit more special.

A really lovely place – excellent location near the moors, which is great for walking or running. Friendly staff and excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and warm!
