The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room has been renovated and was nice and comfortable. The wifi worked well and we had a balcony. The restaurant on-site was good and the breakfast was also good. I was offered gluten free options for dinner and also for breakfast. I did bring my own bread to toast as they only had crackers, but I was given a delicious buckwheat torte with a warm jam centre, very tasty!

We got a modern room with a view on the Dolomites, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful - really exceptional. Breakfast buffet is small but in a good quality - everything you need in the morning. One day they even opened it earlier for us, so we could eat before the hike. I highly recommend this hotel!

Professional and friendly staff, they treat people with respect. Great food at dinner. The room was clean and cozy. They have an elevator so that's a plus when you are tired after a long drive. Good value for money.
