Smještaj je izuzetno dobro opremljen, sve je čisto, uredno i novo. Kuhinja ima sve što je potrebno za duži boravak. Domaćini su izrazito ljubazni. Kućica i stražnje dvorište su prekrasno uređeni. Prekrasne dvije natkrivene terase.

The accommodation is in an exceptionally peaceful and quiet location, perfect for relaxation. The house is very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, and you have everything you might need at your disposal. The weather during our stay wasn’t ideal, so we didn’t spend much time outdoors, but the surroundings are beautiful and also arranged for enjoying the open air. The cleanliness of the property is absolutely perfect, as is the hospitality! The hosts welcomed us with the keys and a refreshing welcome drink, a warm house, a bowl full of fruit, and excellent homemade panna cotta. You really don’t see that very often! Many thanks to the Muzica family for being such wonderful and hospitable hosts! We will definitely be back!

This is one of the best holiday houses we ever had. Located in the beautiful green mountain region of northern Istria in a tiny village. Good road connections to everywhere in Istria. Very clean, spacious and well equipped house. Beautiful view to the countryside and at the small town of Roč on top of a hill. We got a very warm welcome with homemade Biska (Istrian brandy) and Panna Cotta! We stayed for a wonderful week in May, in summer it must be even better with the two terraces, beautiful garden and pool - all for your private use. Hvala!!

Absolutely everything about this stay was incredible. Host was very helpful via messages. Welcome gifts provided including mistletoe brandy. Property is very clean, modern and comfortable. Outside areas are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. Excellent value for money and a great little getaway for us.
