We got engaged at the peppertree cottage and Alison and her team helped with special requests to make our time special. The pepper tree cottage was magical. Great views and very secluded. We loved everything about the cottage and the farm.

Beautiful location in the mountains on a well-maintained farm with the cottage boarding nothing but nature. The place is quiet, restful, and a perfect place to unwind. The cottage is large and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plentoy for home comforts, but still feels like you are out on a farm. Great birdlife and night sky for nature lovers to enjoy, outside of the stunning mountain scenery. Hosts communicated via email and everything was ready by the time we arrived. The place was clean with instructions to help us have a great stay. Great for those wanting an outdoor, yet quiet time away. Did I mention the beautiful scenery?

We loved the big open deck with a view & braai. The cottage was cosy & comfortable . Loved the wall heaters to take the damp out of the cold air. We loved the big fireplace in the lounge and used it as it was very cold. Travel with my own single electric blanket to warm the bed at night. The kitchen was well equipped & adequate.
