Very friendly staff Excellent breakfast Beautiful surroundings Big, clean swimming pool Lovely hot tub 3 friendly dogs on the premises, which we adore Degree of finishing (tiling etc in room) is poor, doesn’t have premium feel Hot tub very loud during the night; perhaps someone could proactively shut them down at 10pm? Refrigerator in room very loud as well

My stay at theLab Robertson was amazing. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient. I had a wonderful neck and back massage in a wooden cabin across the lake; what a way to be close to nature. The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend theLab as a great breakaway that is located in a beautiful, relaxing setting. It is also a dog friendly environment, so pet lovers can bring their fur babies. TheLab is also in close proximity to various wine farms. I did a pairing at Van Loveren Family Wine Farm situated in a beautiful garden that is worth a visit. Thank you for my experience at theLab.
