Tranquility at its best! Exactly what we needed to recharge, we felt like the only people on earth. Breathtakingly perfect views, lovely boama fire area and a divine hot tub experience. Also a very comfortable + cozy little house with everything you could possibly need, and a very efficient fireplace to keep you nice and toasty. Lovely fishing experience too.

We stayed in Fynbos cottage. It was spacious and very comfortable with great views. It is fitted out with everything needed for self catering and the kol kol is great for hot and cold weather. We enjoyed ravine and mountain walks with our dogs.

We spent a great weekend at Riverbend Farm for a birthday celebration with a group of 15. Accommodating six families across multiple cabins and houses is no small feat, but Alison and Francis made it work seamlessly. The setting and location are fantastic—nestled right in the heart of the olive groves with the mountains as a backdrop. The facilities were excellent and provided everything we needed for a large self-catering get-together. It’s the perfect spot to switch off, enjoy the river, and spend quality time together. The farm is also very pet-friendly, which made the weekend even more special as our dog could join the morning walks through the groves. A truly memorable stay—we will definitely be back! * Stunning mountain and river views. * Excellent facilities for large groups. * Friendly and accommodating hosts. * Beautiful walking trails through the olive estate.
