There was plenty of space available for family fun ( there were 7 of us) yet also for privacy when needed. The facilities were excellent with all the conveniences we needed. It was excellent access to long beach and a little way out of town which suited us. The garden was enclosed and spacious for our dog however there were blue crystals scattered through the grass - when we queried this we were told they were ok but not what they actually were. In any case the dog went everywhere with us anyhow.
