The hotel was well located in Qurtubah in a nice area with a lot of amenities and shops on the main road. There was parking space directly in front of the hotel available. Front desk manager was polite and hospitable, and the bangladeshi cleaners were also polite and helpful too and followed up with requests promptly such as provided an extra bed and towels. There was adequate amount of amenities provided in the bathrooms as well. The apartment felt big and spacious so did not feel claustrophic whilst travelling with family. There was a pool available although it was not heated so could not be used for too long.

A very good hotel offering a comfortable stay. Rooms were neat and well maintained, service was excellent, and breakfast was good. Overall, a great experience and value for money.
