Staff are friendly and supportive, always on hand to assist if needed. The apartment is spacious and clean, clearly very new and well thought through. The kitchen had useful equipment and the cleaning staff were very helpful in cleaning the room or emptying bins on request. The hotel is quiet and peaceful and a good location for meetings nearby. The restaurant on the ground floor is available for 20 hours a day and the staff are very helpful. The air conditioning is excellent and the beds, although very firm, have good quality sheets and pillows. We were given a free upgrade as we were on honeymoon which was most generous and the staff left us a lovely bedroom display to celebrate our arrival! They couldn't have been nicer to us, and it was greatly appreciated.
