I accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel within 10 minutes of making the booking to request a one-day change. Unfortunately, they advised that they couldn’t adjust the dates, which I felt was a little unfair. I ended up paying for an extra night to cover the error. I understand the 'non-refund' policy, but I informed them immediately. Front desk and reservations are two separate teams, and you can tell that! I would have booked directly as a Hyatt customer, but I still received a better rate through Booking.com, which was a pleasant surprise. I mentioned the situation to the manager when we arrived, and they kindly upgraded us to a Suite — a lovely gesture. This was my second time staying here, and once again, I loved it. I stayed for five nights with a colleague, and we’ll be back. This was for business - we booked two rooms. The spa is amazing!! Sauna, steam, etc. Make sure you visit

STAFF SUPERB. ROOM AND REGENCY BOTH VERY GOOD. BREAKFAST AND STAFF AT ENTRANCE- MANAR- AND INSIDE WERE SUPERB. LASTLY THE GENTLEMEN IN RECEPTION- LEAD BY GEORGR- AND AT FRONT DOOR WERE UNFAILINGLY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL
