Clean comfortable room Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice Helpful staff. Gave recommendations for restaurants and also booked the spa at the Hotel Universal for us Goof location just off highway

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was good, particularly as it was close to where we had to get the ferry. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff in breakfast room really helped us get on our way with an early start.
