Max and Marta are so sweet and made the hostel feel like a second home. The kitchen was comfortable, as well as the bed and bathroom in the private room. Also a limon tree in their garden that had huge lemons/limes that were super cool and we made lemonade to share 🍋

A lovely little hostel perfect for a night stopover to/from ometepe or on the way to nicaragua like us. Cannot fault max and marta who are just so lovely. For the price you cant expect much. A well equipped kitchen and dining area, rooms are good a little hot as it’s only a fan but was fine for one night. I would definitely stay here again if i needed to use it as a stop over. Again Max and Marta were so so lovely and made us feel at home. Such a cosy quiet place.

We couldn’t have felt more welcome , max is such a brilliant host and we feel very lucky that we met such a kind person. The room is basic but so clean and great value for the low price. Perfect location to get to our bus to San Jose - max dropped us at the bus 😊
