Please note that access to the wellness area must be booked in advance and is available at an extra EUR 10 per person for two hours. There is limited availability. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the wellness area.Please note that the pool is open from 15 May until 30 September.Air conditioning is available from 1 June until 15 September, and heating is available from 1 November until 15 April.For reservations of more than 2 rooms, immediate payment is required and it is NON-REFUNDABLE. Reservations cannot be changed or cancelled.

Parc Hotel Flora is an exceptional Hotel from the rooms, quality building and fittings, delicious fresh breakfast with plenty of variety, spa and pool facilities and the staff are very professional and welcoming. Location is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a slice of luxury and paradise.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Parc Hotel Flora! Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was upgraded to a beautiful one with a large terrace featuring two comfortable sun loungers. The view from the terrace was breathtaking — overlooking the mountains, the lush botanical garden, and the stunning pool area. We could enjoy this view from morning till evening. The breakfasts were simply outstanding — a huge variety of fresh and delicious options for every taste. The restaurant itself is very elegant and beautifully designed. In the evenings, we loved relaxing at the bar with delicious cocktails. The spa area was also fantastic — relaxing, clean, and perfectly maintained. The hotel is impeccably clean everywhere, and the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. They made us feel truly welcome and cared for. This hotel is truly fantastic — one of the best places we’ve stayed in a long time. We felt completely relaxed and spoiled during our entire stay. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 2 nights as we were taking part in the Lake Garda 42. We were a group of 6. Our room was excellent - it was spacious, modern and clean, with a small balcony with two chairs. The only slight negative was the size of the shower cubicle which was curved so slightly too small for someone as large as myself. The staff were excellent and always willing to help. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of foods (pastries were amazing). The hotel also had parking and access to the lake side via short path. The centre of Riva was nearby and there was a really good gelateria outside the hotel. Overall we had a really good stay and would definitely recommend it.
