If you need to check in outside normal hours you must contact the hotel by telephone.Please note that the wellness centre is open from 16:00 until 20:30 .External swimming pool is closed from the begin of October until the end of April.Guests under the age of 14 can access the indoor pool from 08:30 until 15:30.Kindly note that our pet policy permits only one dog per room.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The Outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool was very nice. The Breakfast was superb everything that you can imagine was there. beds were very comfortable.

Location is in the city but feels like outside. The rooms are aligned with its spa profile of pool and sauna annemities. Friendly and helpful staff and enough parking even though close to the center of Riva.
