Excellent location right near the lake. There was a lift to the third floor so only a few stairs to the apartment. Lovely property with lots of original features and decor. The area around the property was busy but things went quiet from 11pm and it was peaceful even with the windows open. It is also a very safe location. There was a washing machine, and a powerful air con unit in the main room.

Location was outstanding, lots of room and although the decor is dated, the siza and amenities make up for it. Even a lift!
