The apartments are in a great location, which is a big advantage. One of the highlights is the private parking — there is parking available right next to the apartments, as well as a garage, and there are always enough spaces, which is very convenient. The property is located not far from the city center, and both the historic old town and the lakeside promenade are within walking distance, which makes it perfect for a pleasant stroll. There is also a supermarket, a great pizzeria, as well as various restaurants and cafés nearby, so everything you might need is within easy reach. The apartment itself is well-equipped: the bed linen is clean, towels are provided, and there are also toiletries and a hairdryer. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. It’s also worth noting that check-in takes place at a different hotel, which is located some distance from the apartments. You need to show your documents, complete the registration, and receive your key card there before heading to the apartment. This is something to keep in mind if you are not traveling by car, as it may be less convenient. However, if you have a car, it’s not much of an issue. The only minor downside is that the apartments are located near a road, so it can be a bit noisy in the morning due to passing cars, which might be noticeable for light sleepers. We stayed there for five nights with our family, including two teenage children, and overall everything suited us well — we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality :-

Very good location, free parking, spacious, clean, everything needed for the kitchen etc, lots of towels. Peaceful place to stay.

It does all the essentials. Decent sized for a family of 4, bed is comfy and sofabed was surprisingly OK, kitchen area has the essentials - pots, pans cutlery etc to cook a quick dinner, so does the bathroom (even extra soaps and shower gel, which are appreciated). You get given towels and bedsheets. It has a nice balcony too, though overlooking a road and bus stop, so not the ideal place to relax in the evening. The free parking in a garage was a big bonus for us, and it's well located near Riva centre.
