Kindly be informed that: The hot water timings are from 5 AM to 3 PM and 6 PM to 10:30 PM.In order to keep our accommodation costs as affordable as possible for all guests, we have adopted a pay-as-you-go system for certain amenities, such as locks, bath kits, and towels. By offering these items on a chargeable basis, we can maintain lower base prices for our rooms, making our hostel accessible to budget-conscious travellers. We understand that different travellers have different preferences and requirements, so we aim to provide flexibility in our offerings.We cannot guarantee accommodation in the same dorm room. Allocation of a room in a specific private room category may vary depending on availability until the time of check-in.Right to admission is reserved.Please Note : There is a steep road of 450 m (15 min walk).Any form of misconduct towards fellow travellers, whether male or female, will result in immediate check-out. This includes verbal abuse, harassment, physical intimidation, or any inappropriate behavior that affects the comfort and safety of others.Please note that pets are only allowed in the following room types: Private rooms.Please note that pets are not permitted in the dorms.The Hosteller Unbox Cafe serves vegetarian options. To maintain the backpacking culture and community spirit, we promote self-service in all our cafes. Cafe timings: 9 AM - 2 PM and 6 PM - 11 PM. Café timings may vary. 1. They have one common area (not scattered) which makes it easier to socialize, play games, WFH, and share food! 2. Friendly kind staffs. 3. Solo-traveller friendly hostel. 4. Vibes are amazing even on weekdays and during the off season as well.

The staff are super cute and friendly, and always helpful. I really appreciated being able to check my room before I paid and had the chance to change to a different room that suited me better. The wifi cut out at one point but I contacted the staff on WhatsApp and they fixed it immediately. I could have my room cleaned whenever I needed and they had cold water available on my floor. Breakfast was not included in the cost of my booking so I can't speak to that.

The staff were honest and flexible. I've booked accommodations with misleading info and false photos, so I had asked the staff if i could see some rooms in person. They were happy to show me the options and let me pick and change my reservation. This was very kind. They also offered me an umbrella in the rain and could clean my room any time. I stayed in a private room, and the room was very spacious.

We booked a private room that was actually super nice and clean ☺️ Also we had an amazing shower in the morning with good water pressure and hot water. The staff were kind. If you can, do the check-in before arriving because it took us 40min+ to do that with a bunch of people in front of us which was a bit annoying. I would just not necessarily recommend the food there because for me it was too oily, but that’s maybe just personal preference.
