The receptionist,Diya, was extremely helpful since the first time I called till we checked out of the rooms. She ensured everything was clearly communicated upfront and was very corteous.

Beds were nice and soft, with extra pillows. Room was comfy. As a westerner, we didn’t enjoy the pool because it wasn’t up to our standards. But overall cleanliness was fine. Breakfast was also okay but not many western options.
