The whole experience was relaxing and totally stress free. Accommodation was excellent, and Trevor was the perfect host. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and cooked by Trevor as he chatted, making it a very pleasant start to our day. The Old Bridge Inn, being only a 2 minute walk away, was a bonus. Lovely staff serving good food and real ales in a very friendly atmosphere.

Absolutely beautiful Guest House. Immaculate and furnished to a high standard. Trevor is a wonderful, friendly and thoughtful host who went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements. Plus the gorgeous and incredibly well behaved Dexter was the perfect canine host, giving us as much attention as we wanted.

We found the owner very very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the room, bed were excellent. The freshly cooked breakfast was of a very high standard and tasted really nice. It set us up for the day.

Absolutely stunning location in the heart of Yorkshire. Trevor was a wonderful host, and made our stay incredibly memorable - his hospitality goes above and beyond. Food was delicious, and the tea/coffee facilities in the room was a lovely touch. Room was extremely comfortable and cosy. Very friendly dog!
