Please note that the Hot Park is closed on Thursdays due to maintenance works.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.As of 01/30/2022, Hotel Luupi's rates include full access to Parque das Fontes, in addition to the Hot Park, and dinner included. See how it works:- Stays after 1/30 but purchased before 1/20 include access to both parks, but do not include dinner;- Purchases made after 01/20 for accommodation after 01/30 will already include access to the two parks and half board (breakfast and dinner)When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and supplements may apply.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. We kind of went in blind on this hotel. We weren't sure what we were getting with the lack of descriptive photos online, but we were blown away. Our room was amazing with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and a loft with two beds and a bathroom. It was beautiful and so spacious. It came with access to hot park and the hot springs and a shuttle that takes you there and brings you home. We had breakfast and dinner buffet included in our stay as well. It was said beautiful and such an amazing stay !!! Our daughter got sick during our stay and a ambulance came and picked us up and took us to the Rio Quente clinic to be checked out by a doctor. Everyone was so helpful and really great care.
