In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/non-refundable policy.* The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay including 10% service charge at any time after booking in cases of flexible/non-refundable policy.* Regarding the request for reversals of undue charges, the guest must contact the hotel directly.* The hotel accepts cash (in cash), debit card (national cards) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo - national or international) as payment methods.
