If the voucher informs that there is no meal plan linked to the reserved room, it means that the reservation does not include breakfast. In this case, this service is available as an extra service and must be paid directly at the hotel. Costs are charged per day and per person.* Please note that the 10% service fee is not included in the reservation price and is charged at check-in for reservations with a refundable policy or charged at any time for reservations with a flexible/non-refundable policy.* The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire stay including 10% service charge at any time after booking in cases of flexible/non-refundable policy.* Regarding the request for reversals of undue charges, the guest must contact the hotel directly.* The hotel accepts cash (in cash), debit card (national cards) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Elo - national or international) as payment methods. We do not accept checks as a form of payment.* In cases of payment in installments, only credit cards issued in Brazil will be accepted. Perfect location for the beach. Very clean hotel throughout. Fast check-in and check-out. Parking service fast and efficient. Great room service selection with fast and friendly service. Smart TV with Netflix was appreciated. Overall for the price we paid this hotel was excellent value for money.
