When travelling with pets, please note that 15kg pets are allowed at the property, one pet per apartment. It is mandatory to present the pet's vaccination card. Pet Daily tax: R$52,50According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The rooms definitely need to be renovated. There was a terrible toilet smell in the room I stayed in. Check-in was quite difficult. The reception staff were friendly but very slow. Its proximity to the shopping center makes it a good alternative for short-term stays.

Great location with a view across the surrounding area. Although the room was small, my family just needed a gap filler room while we were waiting for flights and transferring around Rio. Great to have the mall across the road to walk around and get food from.

Most off the staff speaks english. Pool has a good view over downtown area. You can change money at the reception desk.

Friendly staff, cool breakfast and Mountain View! Room was nice and clean. Big shopping centre with parking near the hotel.
