It all started before the trip. I had a issue with the payment and I needed to call the hotel in advance. The customer service was exceptional (efficient and straightforward). On arrival, everything was ready. But the best was the breakfast. One of the best ones fresh cake everyday, fruits, nice lounge and the excellent customer service of Patricia. She greeted us every morning with a smile and gave us the tips of a local. The hotel it has an excellent location and I would suggest you to try the Acai shop 1 minute away from the hotel ( the street behind) Thank you Thank you so much Patricia

Really good relation quality-price if you go during carnaval. It has a strategic and safe location to party in the blocos and come back to rest.

The breakfast can serve even after 10am for participants of Rio marathon in the morning time. Was able to relax myself with breakfast. The shower pressure is strong enough and have sufficient hot water.
