It's a love hotel so go in expecting that. That being said check in was very easy, room was clean with linen and towels in bags. Has ok wifi ac and hot water in the showers. I can't comment on the breakfast as it starts at 7am and I had to leave before to catch a flight. Nice luvely bar next door if you wanna hang out in an authentic brazilian neighborhood.

Beware – an adult-only hotel means, well (nudge nudge, wink wink) – that it caters exclusively to adult guests. So, while there were no children or babies around, many baby-making activities were going on in full swing. Yup, folks, good ol' hanky-panky, as the screams and moans from neighbouring rooms attested to. What my room was lacking in window space, it amply made up in mirrors: both on the wall and the ceiling. On the whole, I had a rather nice stay: the above-mentioned peculiar circumstances allowed for a peaceful and intimate vacation experience, free from the noise and commotion of the bustling metropolis. To add to this sense of seclusion, breakfast was served in my room. It was here that I first tried, and became enamoured with, pizza with cinnamon and bananas.
