Good location, close to the Sambadrome, so I could walk there (I had an odd sector). The room was very clean, the toilet reasonably clean. There was always toilet paper. The place felt safe for me (I was a solo traveler).

Very basic accommodation close to the metropolitan cathedral. Tiny room with 2 bunk beds, shared toilette. Room had a TV I did not try, and fortunately a window to a street and a good fan. Toilette had no toilette paper, shower worked (bring soap, 1 towel provided). Not very clean. Good connection to the southern beaches via metro L1-L4, a 40 min ride. station Saara- P. Vergara is 600 m away. The airoport Santos Dumont is only 2 km to the east.

Friendly and in the central location. Close to metro , bus and tram. Restaurants and live samba.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good (close to restaurants and public transportation).
