Please note that late check-out is available. 50% of day's rate for check-outs until 18:00 and full day charge for check-outs after 18:00. Early departure fee: 1 night stay's rate plus applicable taxes. Early check in is only guaranteed with preregister.According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or an authorized guardian. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. This authorization must be notarized, signed by both parents and presented together with certified copies of the parents' identity documents.All minors under 18 years of age must present a valid ID, with photo, that proves their identity and that of his/her parents. This document must be presented even if the minor is accompanied by his parents. If the minor is accompanied by only one of the parents, it will be necessary to present an authorization notarized and signed by the absent parent, together with a certified copy of the child's identity document.*Kids Club available during July 19th until July 29th, 2024.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Well designed hotel, clean rooms, great food and restaurant, the executive lounge had few soft drinks and fruit Great room service dining. Located just near the mall.

Breakfast was very good however the sofas and chairs has stain which makes it very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy the beautiful breakfast offered

Excellent hotel. We upgraded to a suite with a balcony as a treat. Fantastic service. The male house keeper who serviced our room on the 5th floor is outstanding. Assistance when we had a 1am emergency was fantastic
