According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult.If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.The swimming pool will be closed for renovation from June 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, with easy access to TransOlimpica, Linha Vermelha, beaches in Barra and Recreio. Breakfast was fine and adequate. Good secure parking on site. small selection of snacks and microwave in lobby.

Great location for event/sports tourism in the Olympic Park. Comfortable, great value for price. Good breakfast, food spots/supermarkets nearby.

Breakfast was very good. Location is excellent for those attending concerts in the arena across the street. AC worked well. Bed was large (king size), a bit harder than how I prefer it.
