The staff was welcoming and always willing to assist. The hotel is surrounded by pharmacies and supermarkets, which is good. Two brothers could be seen from my room, so it was a nice view.

We had a really nice and clean room, with all the facilities we needed. The staff was really helpful and the location is perfect for the tourist area. The breakfast was great, full of different choices and brazilian type of food as well. I don’t really understand most of the bad reviews, maybe we were lucky but we had a great experience there.

I had such a great room and a perfect customer service. It’s ideally located on Copacabana but at a walking distance from Ipanema. I strongly recommend this hotel
