This is a lovely cosy, family-centred 3 bed house with safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, plenty of toys for young children and a small step in the bathroom for children as well. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights to attend a course in north Norfolk. I stayed in the twin room and she had the double room. The beds were comfortable and it's very quiet (and dark) outside at night. The house has everything you need in terms of utensils, washing up liquid etc. As it's November (and rainy!) we didn't make use of the garden but it looked lovely and has a play house for young children. When the heating went off at night, we noticed that the house retained a lot of its warmth until it came back on in the morning - and it went down to 2 degrees at night during our stay. We liked the fact that the house is only 5 miles to Hunstanton (and to Tesco). We'd like to say a big thank you to the property's housekeeper, Wendy - she was so approachable and helpful.

The garden was amazing. My daughter loved the Wendy house and all the toys in the house. She didn't even need to go on a device!

The location was excellent, with a fantastic garden. The little shop over the road is something else, has everything plus more you could need. Close to so many wonderful places to visit. The cottage has just about everything you need, plus a lot you don't
