I stayed for 5 days during my trip to Switzerland and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The chalet was spotless, well-equipped, and offered a breathtaking view of Lake Brienz right from the balcony. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Interlaken for easy access to shops and transport. It was the ideal base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Diana was incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing clear instructions and even thoughtful local tips. The atmosphere was warm and homely. Plus point that Diana was very thoughful enough for installing the bidet in the toilet. This is surely hard to find anywhere else in Swiss! It truly felt like a home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a serene, scenic getaway with all the comforts you need. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location right on lake with stunning views. Also just outside Interlaken so quiet and peaceful (but just a short bus ride or lovely walk into town). Diana was great!
