The fine print
The entry time is as follows:
- From 12:00 to 20:00 hours.
Exceptions:
- Between 12:00 and 16:00 there is a possibility that the house will not be ready because guests could leave that same day. In this case, a normal check-in will take place: delivery of keys, delivery of luggage, even change of clothes, but then you have to leave the accommodation until it ends, maximum 4:00 p.m., but as soon as it is ready we will notify you.
- From 20:00 to 00:00 a supplement of €30 must be paid in cash upon arrival.
- From 00:00 to 1:00 a supplement of €50 must be paid in cash at the time of entry.
- We do not receive after 1:00.
- Depending on the circumstances, it is possible to enter before 12 noon. Please ask.
-Departure time is 11 am.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apparment is very comfortable. His owner is a very nice and kind person. Very close to the beach. Is just a block beside the apparment

Like - The location and parking was really good. It is about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Rincon. There are bars, restaurants and shops along the way. Mercadona is about 10 minutes walk up the hill. It was perfectly workable and 'value for money' apartment.
