This is definitely not a 1 star hotel, 3 star easy , the staff were great from the start , Roberto the pool manager was very helpful, professional and kept the pool and area clean at all times , although we were the only English there for over 3 years the reception English was great with minor translation issues on our part, the beach is a 10 minute walk which was an easy walk , the hotel supplied 2 sun beds and an umbrella free of charge which was perfect, The rooms were clean and spacious enough fir us, with a balcony over the pool, There was a slight confusion with all inclusive as it only covers wine at meal times and not throughout the day, but they were very accommodating ,  We would highly recommend this hotel if you ever get a chance to visit Rimini,

Great staff very kind and always caring. We also loved the localization because it is close to the beach. Rooms were super cozy and clean.
