The fine print
Access to the Spa center is not included in the room rates and it's allowed from 14 years of age. During winter (from October to May) the outdoor pool is heated at 36° and it is part of the Spa, so it may not be used for free.During summer (from June to September) the outdoor pool is available for all the guests for free.Spa is available (reservation is needed) and costs € 35 per person per day.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Location, right next the beach. Swimming pool & Spa, the outdoor pool was heated. Breakfast, good range of options.

We arrived at the Suite Hotel later than prognosticated due to a highway access closure from our starting point (Matera) to the Coastal Hwy along the Adriatic Coast, and unusual traffic congestion. Our Suite on the 4th floor was reserved and well-prepared though, which was a pleasant surprise for us. We were also able to park our car, at the hotel-owned parking place, and the reception-staff kindly advised us that we would be able to withdraw our car from that parking space as often as we liked to. Since the early 1960s Rimini became known as a popular beach resort for international Europeen travelers, but soon thereafter it lost market share due to competition, mainly from Spain and Greece. Yet, I have fond memories of that early period, and the type of hotel I booked is still in demand by people who enjoy access to all amenities---including a fully equipped kitchen---while on vacation. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, both in terms of the variety and quality of the offered breakfast food items. I can confidently recommend this hotel, on account of the completeness of its services and the friendliness of the staff.

Great location, in the front row to the beach, with a nice heated pool, generous and delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and polite and gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The view from the apartment was great. We had 2 large balconies, one perfect for drying swimsuits and the other one perfect for enjoying the view and watch the sunrise.

The hotel was lovely 🥰 clean modern reception staff were amazing bar staff amazing nothing was too much for them ! Breakfast was great 👍 and they arranged balloons and cake and prosecco in my granddaughters room
