Good value for money hotel in a nice quiet neighbourhood not too far from the beach and main promenade. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

We liked pretty much everything about our stay. It's a budget hotel and we had everything we would have expected. The room was small, but had a good double bed, a big wardrobe, a chair, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. There was also a TV that we did not use. Our room was located on the top floor of a 4- floor building and it was a corner room, which ensured maximum privacy. The key to our stay was the air conditioner, which we had to pay extra for, but which was definitely worth the money for a couple that is not quite used to the Italian summer. The staff was also very helpful and made our bedroom on the second day (we didn't want it made on the third). The location of a hotel is perfect for a holiday in Rimini as it is a short walk from the main promenade and hence the beach. It's about a 15 minute walk from the train station. It's surrounded by houses and hotels and is located in a quiet residential area.

Good value for money, nice place to stay, modest, nearby main street with many offers for restaurants, fast food, souvenirs shop, beach (outside the high season), walking distance from the main railway station (on the map is a further, but there is an underground passage you will rech over a rusty cable bridge from the main street to "parco giochi". Rooms are clean, maintained regularly (low season), employees are very helpful for the general information.One of them Lavinia really provided good assistance all of the time and makes the best cappuccino foam I have tasted so far.
